Phil

Phil

Role: Founding Director

Phil is a co-founding director of FCF and has seen the business grow from a sole trader in 2010 to the current team of accountants and payroll specialists, under the guidance of his late wife Fran.

Phil uses his project management skills gained as an incorporated engineer in the RAF and subsequent roles within the MOD to ensure FCF continues to deliver the ‘hand held accounting’ vision set out by Fran in 2010.

Phil received an MBE for his services to the RAF in 1997.

Fran

Fran

Role: Founding Director

It was Fran’s vision and drive that saw FCF grow from a small bedroom in the family home as a sole trader to a fully functioning limited company with an office for 5 staff and room for more, all handpicked and recruited by Fran.

Sadly in early 2018 Fran lost her 24 year battle with breast cancer but her principles of helping and supporting small businesses and those with disabilities to succeed, continues today in FCFs ongoing work ethos.
